Company Documents Needed:
- A letter on the company letterhead appointing the company proxy/representative
- A clear copy of the proxy’s ID
- The CIPC Business Registration certificate showing the Registration Number & Company Name
- Copy of the Traffic Register Number Certificate (BRNC) - if available
