Update the system officially
Remove the bank/finance entity’s name from the vehicle record
documents needed
- NCO Form signed by Finance entity & new Titleholder
- Bank settlement letter
- Bank proxy ID
- Original RC1 certificate (logbook)
- RLV Form Section B & C signed by new Titleholder
- Copy of ID
- Proof of address - dated no more than 3 months ago
